# Can't upload photos

I just upgraded to Advanced but still can’t upload jpg photos to map rooms (size = 800k) - they just hang and hang.
Am I screwing up or do you have a server problem?

Hello Robert, would you be able to send one of the images to our support email? [help@mappedin.com](mailto:help@mappedin.com) we can test the image as well to see if that is the issue. Uploading images should be working.

Here is both a jpg and a png of a shot - the jpg will not load in over a minute while the png loads in a second. I’ve solved my personal problem by converting all my shots to png but you should probably know of the issue.
