Hi,

I am currently using the 3D Model Mapper tool and trying to add a custom 3D model. When I attempt to add the custom model, I see an error saying that the Model URL must be from https://cdn.mappedin.com.

Since I have a Mappedin Pro license, I would like to understand the correct process for adding custom models.
How can I upload a custom .glb or .gltf model to the Mappedin CDN?
Could you please clarify with the process of upload and usage.

Thank you for the report. This is being fixed and should be deployed within 24 hours from now. 3D Model Mapper shouldn’t require the model to be hosted on a Mappedin CDN.

The fix for this has been deployed. You can now add models from any domain.
