Hi @Quinton@msohm ,
While displaying a route on the current level, everything works as expected. However, when I use the escalator up/down controls or switch the floor, both levels become visible instead of showing only the current level and this happens only during the navigation.
We are using mappedin Web SDK “[https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@mappedin/mappedin-js@6/+esm](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@mappedin/mappedin-js@6/+esm)”

mapView.Navigation.draw(global.directions);

Can you guide us solve this issue?
Thanks in advance.

What style are you looking for. I recommend adding [Dynamic Focus](https://developer.mappedin.com/web-sdk/dynamic-focus), which can help with hiding and un-hiding labels for the appropriate floor. This will give the most default behaviour.

If you wish to not show any building height and just show a single floor, disable multi floor view when calling show3dMap. Use [multiFloorView](https://docs.mappedin.com/web/v6/latest/types/TShow3DMapOptions.html#__typemultifloorview) to specify a [TMultiFloorViewOptions](https://docs.mappedin.com/web/v6/latest/types/TMultiFloorViewOptions.html) and set `enabled` to false.

Hi again,
We have a **three-floor building (L1, L2, L3)**. The scenario is:

1. The user is initially on **Level 2 (L2)**.
2. They select a room on L2 and choose **Route/Direction** to a room on **Level 3 (L3)**.
3. The navigation route correctly starts from the selected room on L2 and leads to the **escalator/vertical connection**.
4. An **up-arrow/level transition control** is displayed at the escalator.
5. When the user clicks the up arrow, the map moves to **L3**.

**The problem:**

After transitioning to L3, **both L2 and L3 remain visible/overlapped** , instead of displaying only the current level (L3).

If we **click the Cancel button to exit navigation** , the map immediately returns to the expected behavior, where **only the current level is visible**.

I have attached the screenshots for reference in the above conversation

What you describe is the expected default behaviour. You can add Dynamic Focus to help hide labels on other floors.

If you wish to only every have one floor visible at a time you need to disable multi floor view as I described in my previous message.
