# Navigation does not recognize the multiple entrances

Navigation for map seems to only recognize 1 entrance despite having 5. Navigates to the same one no matter the from and to points. All entrences are set up the same way with doors etc.

Hi Joakim,

A few things you can try to address this:

1. change the 2 circled areas on the right to hallways instead of rooms

2. using our navigation controls on the Advanced tier, you can deprioritize doors (see pic)

Hi @Zainab_Al_Rawi They where both initially hallways and we only changed them to rooms to troubleshoot this issue. We also want to utilize all the doors, but just use whatever is closest.

I can add to it that it seems to be able to use those doors, but only if we but the “from” location less than 1m away from it (but if it is that close to a wall the navigation seems to go trough the wall as well).

Looks like the release is out early 🙂 You should be able to use other doors when navigating now
