# The blue line my Map shows winding and looks weird and it not in the straight line in the possible areas

I use sdk V6.25. The blue line my Map show winding and looks viered and it not in the straight line in the possible areas.

Use React and Typescript

Could you please address this issue. Please see the screenshot.

It looks like path smoothing is disabled. Directions can be smoothed by setting [TGetDirectionsOptions.smoothing](https://docs.mappedin.com/web/v6/latest/types/TGetDirectionsOptions.html) to enabled in the `TGetDirectionsOptions` passed to [MapData.getDirections()](https://docs.mappedin.com/web/v6/latest/classes/MapData.html#getdirections).

That should remove the path’s squiggles.
