Is it possible to dim the entire map and highlight selected room(s) with focused navigation?

Hi @msohm , hope you’re doing well.

I have a question regarding map interaction and visual focus.
When a user selects a room on the map, is there an option to dim or grey out the rest of the map (rooms, areas, and markers) and keep only the selected room highlighted?
Additionally, when a second room is selected to get directions, is it possible to:

Highlight only those two rooms and the navigation path in a brighter tone
Keep all other rooms, areas, and markers dimmed or de‑emphasized

The goal is to maintain strong visual focus on the selected rooms and route while reducing background distractions.

Yes, this is possible using Mappedin SDKs. They give you control over the colors of everything on the map. Have a read through the Textures & Colors Guide for more information.

Paths can also have their color and size customized using Path Styles.
