our previous api key is not working and we generatered a new one from developer editor.
But the web keep reply with error 401, which is the Unauthorized issue, is there any way to fix this issue?

Hi Mat,
There are a couple of things you can check. First, make sure the map is published and not in draft mode. Second, make sure you are using a recent version of Mappedin Web SDK.
You mention your previous key stopped working. We did make changes in how keys are created and authenticated between our alpha and beta releases. Check that you are using a recent beta release and not an older alpha release of the Mappedin Web SDK.
