Hi everyone,
I’m encountering an issue when trying to preview a map I’ve edited in the Mappedin Editor. After making my changes and saving the map, I attempted to view it in the preview mode, but I received the following error message: “Sorry, this map doesn’t exist.”
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, do you have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for reporting this issue.
Our team has checked the logs for this map and found the cause for why you are seeing this error. Unfortunately it’s not something you can fix, it will need a software update from us.
The issue is being investigated and I will follow up once a fix has been deployed.
