Is it possible/acceptable to downgrade a Pro map to free and upgrade a free map to the same Pro subscription? I’ve created a map on the Pro license but due to an office move I need to create a map for Places integration of the new office and wondered if I could use my existing Pro subscription or if a new subscription is required.

The system is set up that subscriptions are per map. So downgrading a map and upgrading a different one would be a different subscription (and charge). If you aren’t using the originally upgraded map anymore you could add new floor plans to it and remap it.
