We have an outlet that is designed as a group of small houses.
One shop equals one house.
However, there are not pedestrian areas everywhere. For example, between the houses there may be grass or a fountain, and people are not allowed to walk there.
Despite this, the route is currently built through these areas, even though walking there is not allowed.
Mappedin uses OpenStreetMap (OSM) for the outdoor map, which includes the routing of walkable areas. You can create an OSM account and make edits using the OSM Editor to draw the walkable paths. Once these changes are accepted to OSM, they will be used by Mappedin and all other OSM users.
Unfortunately, OSM is not an option for us — the map of our outlet there is completely outdated. Buildings are constructed and modified very frequently, so we need a solution at the Mappedin level.
The answer to this depends on what tier of Mappedin subscription you are using. At the Pro tier, there isn’t another option than updating OSM.
However, at the Custom tier where Mappedin would create the map customisation of outdoor pathing is possible. Details of these tiers can be found on the Mappedin Pricing Page.
