Hi, i’m using a pro map, that lately has been having a weird behaviour: i’m testing a specific route from one room to a place in a hallway in another floor. It works well when i’m using the preview directions (always). When i share the map, the exactly same route request ends with “no route Available to this location”. The map does not have any changes. One thing i notice is that when i do a change in map layers (exclude a random room, p.ex) and the map updates…it works in shared mode…for sometime…and it then goes back to the previous erratic behavior.
I think something is wrong on my map. I can provide the mapId and the requested navigation. Thanks

We’ve resolved the issue. The cause was a door that was the full length of the wall wasn’t navigatable. To work around it, we made the door slightly narrower. We’ll investigate why this is happening. But for now you should be unblocked if you leave the door as is.
The problematic door was the wide on at the Hall escada caracol piso monumental.
Thanks Mark ! happy to have the problem solved. I couldn’t find it by myself…the fact that it was working in the preview directions mode made me think that the problem wasn’t in the map definition.
