We had a tenant change at the retail plaza so I logged in to edit the map. There is no map there. It still shows up on the website, but I don’t see it in the dashboard. Only links to create a new map. Where is the old one? I really don’t want to have to start over.
Hello, when you logged in did you use the same method? Google vs. Email vs Apple all create different accounts even you used the same email address. If you are sure you are using the same email address you can link your accounts together in the top right.

I’m having that issue again. I’ve tried logging in with Google and email and don’t see any maps.
Hello again, we had changed some logic with how account linking worked recently. Please try logging in again in a few minutes. You can select your workspace in the top right. Let me know if you still can’t see it.
